Heather Goodwin, Creative and Expressive Arts TherapistI am a Toronto based creative and expressive arts psychotherapist. This means that I use a wide variety of art forms in my practice as well as talk therapy. I am also a voice-over artist, an actor, a web designer and a photographer. I am a graduate of the CREATE Institute’s Expressive Arts Therapy training program, a Master’s candidate at the European Graduate School and additionally, I hold an Honours BA from the University of Toronto.

In my arts therapy practice, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients in both group and individual sessions. Populations include prisoners, seniors, adults living with life changing diagnoses, caregivers, children struggling in social and/or classroom situations, and youth questioning their gender and/or sexuality. I also am experienced with the topics of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, violence and self-esteem.
