Workshop Description
In this movement based expressive arts workshop, we will explore how our own unique movements in combination with other modalities can lead us to places in ourselves we might have trouble accessing in our daily lives. Through movement exploration, we will practice ways of listening to our bodies and the stories they may have to share. We will also work with modalities such as visual art, writing and performance to continue to bring these stories to life in a safe and accessible environment.
